How we move while performing everyday tasks allows us to do more with less fatigue, pain and chance of injury. Knowing how to move your body in space, and take care of your body to allow it to move. $35/month ($100 for each 3 month enrollment period) 

  • Unlimited e-mail support
  • Formulation of up to TWO movement goals every three months 
  • 3 days of stretches/movements per week (apx. 6-12 total/ week. Number is based on your goals)
  • Before/After assessment based on pictures when applicable (i.e. a posture goal)
